I am guilty of becoming obsessed with things and then moving on. When I realized that you could make these for so much less I just had to share. This is so easy. It takes about 2 hours to complete since you are sewing each clip on by hand, but it will save you around $100 for each set you make!
I bought human hair at Sallys. You can get it online too. This brand is very thick but I wanted to make it even thicker so I folded the hair to size and then cut it. If you don't want thicker wefts, skip the first step.
The hair was approx $50, the clips are $1.79 for 3 and I bought a needle there. (I broke the needle and used an embroidery needle, it worked just as well). I made a swanky case to keep them in, I'd be happy to post the tutorial for that if anyone wants it..super easy and will store them safely and keep your comb and clips all together too.
